Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge. Additional exhibitor badges are available for $349 each.
Please Note: Exhibitor registrations do not have access to any in-person conference sessions nor the online conference. You will have access to the exhibit hall on all days but your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your assigned demo day(s).

USGIF strongly encourages all attendees to get fully vaccinated* against COVID-19. Attendees must provide one of the following to gain entry to the 2022 Symposium:
- Proof of full vaccination administered more than two weeks prior to first day of attendance OR
- Proof of a negative test within 48 hours prior to attending the event
As of this posting, USGIF requires all individuals to wear a face covering that covers the nose and mouth while indoors regardless of individuals’ vaccination status, only to be removed when actively eating or drinking. Attendees who do not comply will be asked to leave the Symposium and not permitted to return on subsequent days, and neither they nor their organizations will be refunded the cost of their registration.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on or before March 10th, 2022, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 10th, 2022, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact geointhousing@spargoinc.com.
