The Adobe Department of Homeland Security Blanket Purchase Agreement (DHS BPA) provides a department-wide, single contract award, providing easier procurement of Adobe software licenses, maintenance, training, and consulting services. This contract gives more than 120,000 Adobe users at the DHS access to Adobe products, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
