Grant-making agencies are responsible for achieving their missions, which can be difficult given antiquated processes, obsolete technologies, and limited resources.
Join us on May 30th to learn how and why two justice organizations within the Utah Governor's Office modernized their grants management environment, which in turn, provided a structured communication platform that increases grant performance, accountability, and reporting.
Attendees of this webinar will learn about both of these Utah justice organizations’:
Challenges faced around grants management
Functional and technical requirements that were created for selecting a system
Implementation process and lessons learned along the way
GovGrants is the City’s Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS). It manages all of DOH’s disparate grant programs across multiple bureaus, all grants-related tasks, and all financial transactions in a single system.
GovGrants was configured and deployed to support LCTCS’s grant calendar in less than six months. The implementation included in-person training for all of LCTCS’ recipients where paper-based applications were created directly within GovGrants.
The Department encourages community revitalization and promotes economic opportunity to ensure a high quality of life for all residents. It is responsible for retaining and attracting businesses that contribute positively to the City’s economy.
GovGrants is a life-cycle driven, enterprise-level grants management system. All of its key features and capabilities are configurable, allowing for a highly customized deployed solution that works for granting organizations.
